Whole Smoked Pig
We’ll do all the work, as you relax and enjoy a delicious, crisp skinned pig basted with a delicious Brazilian-inspired, Mustard BBQ sauce. Served with rolls and house-made Potato Salad, Cole Slaw and Baked Beans. 50 person minimum. Ask us about adding BBQ Chickens to the menu!
Smoked Pork BBQ
Smoked and Slow-Cooked Pork with a South American inspired Mustard BBQ sauce and served with locally baked Rolls.
Prime Rib (20 person minimum)
Prepared with a Garlic and Rosemary crust and served with Au Jus.

Start your meal off with a platter of house-made Charcuterie and Seasonal treats. Based on availability, the platter includes house-made Imported Hams, Olives from Provence, Sweet Peppers and Imported Cheese.

Mini-burgers atop locally-baked baguette.
Chicken Skewers
Roasted Chicken season with fresh, seasonal herbs and served with dipping sauce.

5 lb. platter of local, North Carolina Shrimp served with Cocktail sauce.
Smoked Salmon
Whole, Apple-wood Smoke Salmon served with a medley Capers, chopped Red Onion, Dill Sauce and Berry Jam.

A medley of seasonal, grilled vegetables.
Cheese Platters
Classic
Large Blocks of Manchango, Gouda, Fontina and XXX, served with two pounds of seasonal fruit and fresh herbs.
Imported
Cheese from the fine regions of Europe served alongside with Olives from Provence.

Steak Dinners
You provide the grill, we provide the skill. Enjoy succulent Nadolski’s steaks without having to lift a finger! Your choice of herbed chimi-churri or blue cheese cream for your steaks. Steaks are at market price, plus $60/per hour to prep, grill and clean up. Nadolski’s serves up a variety of cuts and grades: Filet Mignon, New York Strips, Flat Irons or try Wagyu or Piedmontese Beef. A variety of sides and platters will compliment the occasion!

Since market prices vary, please call for pricing. Your estimate will include taxes, but not gratuity. Minimum order for in-house catering is $600. Let us know if you need paper plates, napkins and utensils added to your order. If nothing quite fits, we can create a menu unique to your party needs! In addition, if in-house catering doesn’t fit your needs, you can conveniently pick up your items in our shop. We can make it easy on you by pre-cooking your prime rib or smoking a whole salmon! There’s lots of ways we can help!
